Very friendly and helpful employees. They usually have what I come in for and it's nice not to have to drive to one of the big box stores in Waldorf. One of the few stores in this day and age where you don't have to go looking for someone to help you. They usually offer before you even have to look. The only con and why this is not a five-star review is that the store isn't open on Sundays. I get the message this sends (family, church, Chick-fil-A, Hobby Lobby, etc) but this is 2023 not 1970. A lot of us only have weekends to do our projects around the house and we need places to shop on Sundays.

This store is amazing!!! The service and knowledge from the staff was vast and accurate when it came to locating 2 items I needed. Each staff member who walked by gave eye contact, smiles, and had positive body posture. My goal was to find lawn edging or aluminum flashing for a project. I had zero hope for finding either as I had first visited Tractor Supply. Tractor Supply explained their stock was seasonal. Sneade's employees were cheerfully willing to help and had no problem walking me over to the products. There was even a moment when 2 items seemed similar. Another employee plugged the item into their device to determine the difference. The other employee when finished replaced the ladder he was using into its safe storage location before helping find hardware next. Smart!! If there was one downside, it would have to be me on making a mistake in measuring beforehand. I hope the employees keep this good service going, and customers be on their very best behavior. Customer service goes both ways. This place is amazingn!

I come here all the time. Glad I found it. Helpful friendly people, lots of interesting stuff, great selection of grilling things (I've bought three outdoor grills here this year, griddle/smoker/weber). My go-to store for anything I think they would have... including disc golf discs, I grab one off the shelf almost every visit.

Went to Ace to buy a nice wheel barrel, I picked one out and the sticker that was taped to it said $139.99 but wait, at the register they claim another $15 assembly fee on top of the price. Why not write that on your sticker? The sticker was clearly made in-house, clerks don’t seem to care, $179 for that is grossly overpriced and misleading. And don’t buy their warranties, absolutely a miserable experience. You got us again with your junk fees
